healthy meal
If you are looking for a healthy, yet delicious dinner, which does not take too long to prepare, you are totally right here!
What you need: (3) Paprikas, (2) Kohlrabis and (300g) turkey meat cut into stripes. (You might want to add broccoli or other stuff..)

What to do: First of all, wash and dry the meat. Dice the Paprikas and the Kohlrabis (you better get a good knife for that, see below why) while heating the cut-meat on high degree, then..jpg)
(I tried to get the meat kinda crispy but it turned out a bit dry. So maybe you just want to keep it juicy and not-crispy. Your choice.)

If the meat looks like you want it to, take it out and put them paprika and kohlrabi dices in. Let it cook at a mid-heat level until it is as soft as you want it to be. I actually like it still firm to the bite.
Once the vegetables are done, put the meat back in for some minutes to heat it a bit up again.
